    Like-for-like replacement using existing, functional wiring, plumbing, or mounting brackets.

    Listed prices are for labor only. You have the option to provide your own fixtures/units, or you can purchase them directly from us.

  • Estimate Policy

    All virtual estimates are free. In-person estimates cost $65, which is fully credited toward your final project balance if accepted.

  • Ceiling Fan Installation | $195.00

    Replacing an existing ceiling fan with a new unit using your current wiring and fan-rated electrical box. (Upgrading or securing non-rated boxes available at an additional charge).

  • Exterior Floodlight Security Camera | $195.00

    Replacement of an existing exterior light fixture with a floodlight/camera combo (Ring, Arlo, etc.). Includes basic app setup and connectivity testing.

  • Indoor & Outdoor Light Fixture | $195.00

    Replacing old lighting fixtures with new ones on existing junction boxes.

  • Dryer Duct Cleaning | $195.00

    Full lint and debris cleanout of your clothes dryer duct from the dryer connection to the exterior vent exhaust. Helps prevent fire hazards and improves dryer efficiency.

  • Minor Copper Pipe/Fixture Repair | $325.00

    Labor only (Valves and fittings billed separately). Includes drain-down time, pipe prep, repair, and pressure testing.

  • Garbage Disposal Replacement | $195.00

    Safe removal of your old disposal and installation of a new unit, including standard connection to existing under-sink plumbing

  • Kitchen & Bathroom Faucet | $195.00

    Disconnecting your old faucet and installing a new one onto existing supply lines. Replacement of existing plumbing will incur additional charges.

  • Smart Doorbell Camera | $195.00

    Swapping a standard doorbell for a video doorbell (Ring, Nest, etc.). Upgrades to existing transformers or chimes will incur additional charges.

  • Shower Valve Repair | $195.00

    Replace a worn or leaking shower valve cartridge. (Price of shower cartridge not included)

  • Toilet Repair | $195.00

    Labor to replace internal parts like fill valves, flappers, and wax rings.

  • Complete Toilet Replacement | $225.00

    Labor for installation and removal.
