Membership Terms & Scope
VIP Home Care Club benefits apply exclusively to routine repairs and maintenance tasks where total labor and materials fall under $1,000 and do not require municipal permits. Excludes major trade overhauls (e.g., full electrical rewiring, main sewer replacements, structural modifications).
Scope & Property Limits
Pricing covers standard single-family homes, townhomes, or condos with up to 5 standard smoke/CO detectors. Properties with additional systems may require a multi-system add-on fee.
Filter & Parts Terms
Quarterly filter replacement includes standard 1-inch pleated filters. Deep media, speciality, or custom sizes will incur an additional material fee per charge. To maintain our VIP 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee, all parts and materials must be supplied by our team and are billed separately with standard markup. VIP labor discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other promotional offers or bundle discounts.
